Megapixel colour camera for monitoring vibrating conveyor channels of tablet counting machines. It prevents product mix-ups and detects visible product damage.

For inspection of tablets, capsules and caplets, etc. with checking of all parameters for colour and shape. The PCE image processing system identifies minute deviations in colour, shape and surface contours of the product. Thus quality and safety of the packing process are increased.

PCE Colour Blister Inspection


High-performance colour camera for filling control: high recognition capability, and suited to a wide range of products, foils and blister machines.

One of the most important requirements met by this system is the ability to distinguish precisely between colour shades, e.g. across tablets with varying concentrations of active ingredient. Monitors a wide range of products with all current types of blister foil. The appliance handles all error carryovers and ejection control, and also has the ability to process external sensors, e.g. monitoring mend locations, foil splices, etc.
