Compact registration and labelling station for monitoring bundles (aggregation) within a Track & Trace system connected to a database.
Going beyond the labelling of all individual pharmaceutical folding boxes, the next stage of extension (aggregation) comprises labelling all bundles as well as storing the corresponding data. The Advanced Bundle Station (ABS) provides the basis for aggregating bundles in the Track & Trace process. The high resolution camera reads the 2D codes of every single folding box in a complete bundle with only one shot. The codes will be verified, and the assignment of the folding box to the bundle will be registered into an external database. The bundle will be printed directly with a unique serial labelling or on a label. The independent unit is registered together with its serial number and the data for all the folding boxes contained in the bundle.
