Manual Aggregation Station

The Manual Aggregation Station (MAS) completes the Track & Trace packaging process. The system contains Pilot software, printer and hand scanner - characterized in particularly by flexible use and easy integration.

The printer generates a label with an individual serial number for the pallet. The technical basis is provided by the capture of all shipping cases. The hand scanner provides the readout of label data at the shipping case as well as the corresponding pallet. The user management shows via 'hand scanner hierarchy' at the Pilot the corresponding serial number of the included folding boxes.
